TERMS / CONDITIONS
Real estate sells at 5:00 p.m. sharp

- Sale is not contingent upon buyer(s) financing or any other buyer contingencies.

- Successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down evening of sale and sign into a written contract with the sellers, Balance will be due at closing on or before September 8, 2020.

- Full possession given at closing.

- Real estate conveyed subject to any easements, zoning ordinances in effect at the date of closing.

- The Revere Community Building is currently a non for profit and is exempt of real estate taxes; however, successful buyer will be responsible for any future taxes.

- The buyer acknowledges that buyer has inspected the real estate and is familiar with the premises, the buyer is buying the real estate "As Is".

- Sellers will pay for sellers policy of title insurance in full amount of the purchase price. All additional closing cost and or fees will be paid by the successful buyer(s).
