- Immediately following the bidding, the successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down day of sale and sign into a written contract with the seller(s). The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before January 19, 2024.

- The 2023 real estate taxes will be paid by the seller(s) (current taxes $1681.58 both tracts). All 2024 real estate taxes will be the responsibility of the successful buyer.

- Title insurance in the full amount fo the purchase price will be provided by the sellers.
