The Kimberley tract of land is located 3 miles North of Monticello, MO or 7 miles South of Williamstown, MO on Rte. A, then 1/4 mile West on County Road 308 lying in Section 24, Twp62N, R8W Lewis County MO.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tract sells on price per acre basis. Successful buyer(s) will pay 10% down evening of sale and sign into a written contract with the sellers. Balance will be due on or before January 28, 2020. Tract sells free and clear of tenant. Full possession will be given at closing. Taxes will be prorated at closing. Seller will pay for title search and provide a sellers policy of title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price.
