     Successful buyer(s) will pay 10% down day of sale and sign into written contracts with the sellers. Balance will be due on or before March 28, 2016. Full possession will be given at closing. 2016 taxes will be prorated. Sellers will provide a sellers policy of title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price and pay for title search. All additional closing costs will be divided in equal shares between buyer(s) and seller(s).
