     Tract sells on price per acre basis. Immediately following bidding the successful buyer will be required to pay 10% down evening of sale payable to Oak Hills Title Company Escrow and sign into written contracts with the sellers. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before March 8, 2018. Tract sells free and clear of tenant for 2018 crop season. Full possession will be given at closing Real estate taxes of $141.87 will be prorated at closing. All subsequent years will be the responsibility of the buyer.
