Immediately following bidding the successful buyer will be required to pay 10% down evening of sale payable to Scotland Co Abstract & Title Co Escrow and sign into written contracts with the seller. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before Feb 13, 2018. Tract sells free and clear of tenant, full possession will be given at closing. 2017 taxes paid by seller. All 2018 and subsequent years will be the responsibility of the buyer. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided.
