Immediately following bidding the successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down payable to Oak Hill Title Company Escrow and sign into a written contract with the seller. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before July 30th 2019. Full possession will be given at closing subject to tillable acreage. These acres will be given after fall harvest and sells free and clear of tenant there of.

2018 taxes have been paid by seller, 2019 taxes will be prorated to date of closing. All subsequent years will be the buyer(s) responsibility.
