- Tracts DO NOT sell contingent to financing or any other buyer contingencies.

- Immediately following the bidding, the successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down evening of sale payable to Oak Hill Title Company Escrow and sign into a written contract with seller.

- The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before July 28, 2022.

- Full possession will be given at closing.

- Real estate conveyed subject to any easement of record in effect at date of closing.

- The 2022 real estate taxes will be prorated at closing.

- A sellers policy of title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by seller.

- All additional closing cost will be divided in equal shares between the buyer(s) and seller.
