- Immediately following the bidding, the successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down day of sale, payable to Oak Hill Title Company escrow and sign into written contract with the sellers. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before July 8, 2021.

- Full possession will be given at closing subject to the CRP acreage coming out of CRP 9/30/2021.
