     The Logsdon land represents some of Northeast Missouri's best cropland. Generally located South of Wayland, Mo on Hwy. 61 approximately 4 miles then East 1/8 mile on County Road 315.

METHOD AND TERMS
     Tract sells on a price per acre basis. Successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down evening of sale payable to Oak Hills Title Company Escrow and sign into written contract with sellers. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before April 28, 2017. Upon signing into contract, the successful bidder will receive immediate tillage rights on cropland and full possession at closing. Taxes will be prorated at closing. Seller will provide a seller's policy of title insurance and pay for title search. All additional closing cost will be divided in equal shares between buyer(s) and sellers.
