The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before April 28, 2017. Upon signing into contract, the successful bidder will receive immediate tillage rights on cropland and full possession at closing. Taxes will be prorated at closing. Seller will provide a seller's policy of title insurance and pay for title search. All additional closing cost will be divided in equal shares between buyer(s) and sellers.
