A survey will be completed on both tracts prior to sale. Tracts sell on a price per acre basis, based on final surveyed acreage. Tracts sell in numerical order and not combined. Immediately following bidding, the successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down evening of sale payable to H. Scott Summers Escrow and sign into written contracts with the sellers.
