TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A complete survey will be completed prior to sale. All tracts sell on a price per acre basis based on final surveyed acreage. Tracts sell through the method of "Buyer's Choice". This method will continue until all tracts have been sold. Successful bidder(s) will pay 10% down evening of sale and sign into a written contract with the sellers. Balance will be due on or before Nov. 19, 2019. Full possession will be given at closing. Taxes will be prorated at closing. Seller will pay for title search and provide a seller's policy of title insurance in the full amount of purchase price. Any additional closing cost will be divided in equal shares between the buyers and sellers. Closing conducted by Schuyler County Abstract located at 118 E. Jackson Street, Lancaster, MO.
