This method will continue until all tracts have been sold. Successful bidder(s) will pay 10% down evening of sale and sign into a written contract with the sellers. Balance will be due on or before Nov. 19, 2019. Full possession will be given at closing. Taxes will be prorated at closing. Seller will pay for title search and provide a seller's policy of title insurance in the full amount of purchase price.
