- The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before November 10, 2020.

- 2019 taxes of $342.37 are paid, 2020 taxes will be prorated at time of closing.

- Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by seller.

- All additonal closing cost will be divided in equal shares between the buyer(s) and sellers.
