TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Land will be sold on a price per acre basis.

- Land does not sell contingent to financing or any other buyer's contingencies.

- Land sells subject to any easements of record in effect at the day of closing.

- The 2026 real estate taxes of $279.55 will be prorated at closing.

- Immediately following the bidding, the successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down day of sale payable to Oak Hills Title Company Escrow and sign into a written contract with the sellers. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before December 1, 2026.
