TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tracts will be sold on a price per acre basis based on final survey acreage. Tracts will be offered in the method of "Buyer's choice". Immediately following bidding, the successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down payable to Knox County Abstract Escrow and sign into written contracts with the sellers. The balance of the purchase price wil be due at closing on or before October 15, 2019. Possession will be given at closing subject to FSA CRP contract. 2019 taxes will be prorated at closing. All subsequent years will be the responsibility of the buyers. Title insurance in the full amount of purchase price will be provided.
